    • Maintain and support Java development environment and best practices, such as Ant, Maven, Sonar, ProGuard and other open source tools
    • Contribute to the Refactoring Program of QQ, decoupled more than 10000 lines of code

    • Trained a GAN that employs GRU for both generator and discriminator using curriculum learning
    • Evaluated the generated passwords by its intersection with real datasets

    Mitochondria Track Prediction Based on HMM | June 2019 – September 2019

    Advisor: Prof. Yang Li

    • Performed single-particle tracking with TrackMate using DoG detector
    • Trained a Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to fit the track and for further prediction and analyzing
    • Derived the maximum likelihood estimation of target parameters from an HMM
